Québec Open
Golf Québec and the PGA TOUR Canada have reached a multi-year agreement in which the provincial sport organization has become responsible for the Québec Open, one of the major events on the PGA TOUR Canada schedule. The 2022 Québec Open will bring together 156 players. Once the season is over, the top 60 players in the Order of Merit will receive a invitation to the Tour Championship in September.
One of our objectives at Golf Québec in holding this annual event is to offer an opportunity to Québec players to compete at the highest level of professional golf in the country and most importantly offer them a chance at being the next generation of PGA TOUR players! This also gives our upcoming young athletes a major event they can interact in with Clinics, visits with the players, pro-am playing opportunities or being inside the ropes!
Finally, the Québec Open, like all PGA TOUR events, gives back to the community. With our event, all proceeds will be invested in the First Tee golf program for kids new to Canada and Québec in 2022.
