16th Fundraiser Tournament

Monday, September 18, 2023 | Club de golf Royal Québec
Join us on September 18, 2023 as Golf Québec presents the 16th edition of its Fundraising Tournament at the Club de golf Royal Québec. During this day, we will honor our friend and former colleague from Golf Canada, Patrick Rhéaume.
"My Golf, My Community, and I" Campaign
The Fundraiser Tournament is one of the components of the fundraiser campaign marketed under the name "My Golf, My Community, and I". Its objective is to facilitate the discovery and introduction of children and families to the game of golf. As part of this campaign, Golf Québec is promoting its programs, namely First Tee - Premier départ Québec, the training of community golf coaches, and the Golf-études program. The funds raised annually support the continuation of these activities and support regional initiatives.
During this event, great news will be announced concerning the Patrick Rhéaume Funds and the support to the Québec Regional Association's junior initiatives.
Patrick Rhéaume Funds
After 31 years of dedicated work in the golf industry, Patrick Rhéaume was recently diagnosed with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). Following this news, Patrick was determined to leave his mark in the golf world. Having been involved as a professional, coach, regional director for Québec and tournament organizer, he wants to be able to offer a legacy to the youth of Québec whose commitment is equal to Patrick's for all he has done for the industry.
The objective of the Pat Rhéaume Funds is to support athletes whose commitment to their sport reaches a remarkable level. The goal is to raise donations and money to award scholarships to a Québec golfer at the regional, provincial and national levels each year.
