17th Fundraiser Tournament
By investing in junior women's golf, we encourage greater participation by women at all levels of the sport, from local competitions to the professional tours. Greater female participation helps create role models and inspires other young girls to follow their sporting dreams. Québec is brimming with promising young talents who deserve a chance to develop and shine.
On this day, we will also have the immense pleasure of paying tribute to one of the legends of women's golf in Québec who passed away in 2022: Jocelyne Bourrassa. This year marks the 50th anniversary of her memorable victory at the 1973 La Canadienne tournament, a victory that marked the history of the sport and inspired entire generations.
The Fundraiser Tournament will take place on October 8, at Club de golf Ki-8-Eb, and promises to be an unforgettable day of competition, conviviality, and fun.
Our co-presidents, Debbie Savoy Morel and Luc Boisvert, look forward to welcoming you.
We'll be joined by three distinguished guests, all former presidents of Golf Québec and Golf Canada: Jacques Nols (1995), Diane Dunlop-Hébert (2012), Charlie Beaulieu (2019-2020).
