Marketing, Communications, and Business Partnerships Coordinator
 
The Québec Golf Federation (Golf Québec) is the governing body for golf in the province. Its mission is to increase participation and develop excellence in golf.
 
It represents over 40,000 members in more than 250 clubs in Québec and Eastern Ontario. Golf Québec delivers programs such as Golf in Schools at the elementary and high school levels, First Tee, Junior Golf Development Centres (JGDCs), the Golf-études program, Rules of Golf, Course Rating and Handicap System, Golf Fore the Cure, and the Québec Golf Hall of Fame. Golf Québec also organizes and sanctions various regional and provincial amateur competitions.
 
Task description
  • Ensure the implementation of the annual communication plan;
  • Assist the partnership team in the writing and designing of presentations and sales tools;
  • Participate in the execution of key elements identified in the sponsorship agreements;
  • Collaborate in the organization and execution of events identified in the partnership agreements, including sponsor visibility and content strategy;
  • Ensure several logistical follow-ups (design, production, delivery and installation of various visuals and promotional items) in relation to the organization of events and other partner initiatives;
  • Assist the team in compiling and analyzing data for the evaluation of partnership agreements;
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with various departments within Golf Québec;
  • Participate in meetings with partners and the partnership team;
  • Collect data, press clippings, images, and archive information;
  • Write letters, send various documents, e-mails and others.
Requirements
  • Bilingual with excellent written French;
  • Very good knowledge of traditional media and social networks;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is essential;
  • Knowledge of graphic design, Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software a strong asset;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Autonomous;
  • Ability to manage priorities and time;
  • Valid Québec driver's licence.
