Conference | Development of Children in a Sports Context
As part of the Provincial Bantam, Pee-Wee, and Mosquito Championship held at Drummondville, our Sport Development Director had the opportunity to meet with a group of parents to discuss their crucial role in the athletic development of their children. Read more on this conference

Discover Your Regional Introduction to Competition Tour
Implemented in 2012, the Introduction to Competition Tour (ICT)
aims to get young players more familiar with important aspects of competition. Each of the 9 junior development regions
conduct 4 activities every year. Under the supervision of our regional coaches, these clinics are organized to teach proper swing, short game, and putting (among other skills), and are followed by a 6 or 9-hole golf round. As a picture is worth a thousand words, you will be able to appreciate the fun and pride experienced by our little ones! Emerging Golf Stars Shine at Drummondville
Provincial Bantam, Pee-Wee, and Mosquito Championship
For the second consecutive year, Club de golf Drummondville was host to the young emerging golf stars who participated in the 45th edition of the boys’ Provincial Bantam, Pee-Wee, and Mosquito Championship as well as the 12th edition of the girls’ competition. Representatives of the St-Raphaël and Whitlock golf clubs brought back a pair of trophies. Read more

79th Edition of the Men’s Provincial Senior Championship
Weather conditions were harsh and one of the tournament rounds even was cancelled. Nonetheless, nothing could disturb Jean-Guy Garnier of Club de golf Lévis in this amazing performance that led him to win the 79th

NIVO Suzanne-Beauregard Commemorative Tournament
Ladies, the golf season is soon coming to an end. In the Golf Québec tradition, we will present the NIVO Suzanne-Beauregard Commemorative Tournament
at the Kanawaki Golf Club where our former Director of Programs and Member Services was a member. This participative event doubles up as a fundraiser for the Suzanne Beauregard Scholarship Fund
. It is played with three different formats (6–6–6), Best Ball, Chapman 2-Ball, and Scramble, as we hope that everyone will have as much fun as possible. We are hoping to see many of you in this great activity. The registration period will continue until September 7.
Charles-Éric Bélanger claims Silver Cup as Canadian Junior Boys Champion
77th playing of the Canadian Junior Boys Championship
The Québec team was unable to bring home the trophy of the 52nd Williamson Cup as it tied for 5th
this week at the Saucon Valley Country Club, in Pennsylvania. Nonetheless, Canadian Junior and Juvenile Golf Champion, Charles-Éric Bélanger managed to capture the individual honours of the competition with cards of 71 and 69 (-4). Get the complete results
The Canadian Men's Amateur Championship
is taking place this week at the Weston Golf and Country Club and Lambton Golf and Country Club, in Toronto. Our team composed of Hugo Bernard, Étienne Papineau, and Pierre-Alexandre Bédard tied for 2nd in the inter-provincial competition for the Willingdon Cup
, only 3 strokes behind the British Columbia winners.
