Athlete Identification
Athletes identified at the Excellence, Elite, Relève and Espoir levels are identified according to criteria established by each Québec sports federation and approved by the ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur (MEES). Identification is done on November 1st of each year.
