Regional Coaches Wanted!
Golf Québec is looking for passionate regional coaches who are motivated to contribute to the development of regional junior golf.
For the following regional associations:
• Abitibi-Témiscamingue
• Montréal (South)
• Mauricie
FUNCTION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of Golf Québec and in collaboration with his or her regional association, the regional coach's mandate is to support the development of junior golf in his or her region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accompanies parents and children to Introduction Tour events.
- Acts as an adviser/consultant to its regional association on the application of parameters for the proper running of competitions, in relation to the development of junior golfers.
- Guides and supports clubs involved in the development of junior golf.
- Help identify the best golfers in the region.
- Coaches the regional team in competition (Inter-Regional Championship).
CERTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Be a member in good standing of the PGA of Canada.
- Agree to undergo a criminal records check.
- Have one of the following levels of certification:
- Instructor - Beginner Golfers - PGA of Canada.
- New Competitors Coach - PGA of Canada.

Starting date: Immediately.
Remuneration: Subcontracted remuneration in accordance with Golf Québec's contract agreement.
