François Roy leaves Golf Québec after 22 years!

François Roy recently announced his departure from Golf Québec as Assistant Executive Manager after nearly 22 years with the organization.

He will continue his career with a new challenge to be announced in the coming weeks, again in the golf industry.

Employed by the Federation since May 2002, he was the first employee of the Fédération québécoise de golf (former name) to coordinate player development initiatives, among others, until the merger with Golf Québec in 2011. He then took on his current role, mainly in communications, philanthropy, and business partnership development. His innovative ideas, organizational skills, and industry knowledge have certainly contributed to the advancement of our organization.

François will remain in his position until May 3.

On behalf of the Golf Québec staff, our volunteers, and myself, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to François for his commitment over the years and his contribution to the golf industry.
We wish him all the best for the rest of his career.

Yours sincerely,
Jean-Pierre Beaulieu
Executive Director
