Montréal, August 27, 2020 – The Elm Ridge Country Club was host from August 24 to 27 to the Men's Match Play Championship presented in collaboration with Turkish Airlines and belairdirect. The event featured 48 amateur and 16 seniors. Divided into groups of 16 for the three rounds composing Phase 1 of the tournament, our competitors had to accumulate as many points as possible for their team in order to determine who would advance to Phase 2 featuring a regular match play format.

Golf Québec is now heading to the Ottawa area where the Alexander of Tunis will be presented at the Camelot Golf and Country Club on August 31. Exceptionally, due to the pandemic, this tournament will have only one round for the first time in its history.

In 2020, Golf Québec is proud to count on the collaboration of Turkish Airlines and belairdirect for the presentation of the Men's and Women's Provincial Tours. Tournaments composing the Provincial Junior Tour will also be presented in collaboration with Turkish Airlines. In addition, the Golf Québec volunteers, referees, and employees will be dressed by adidas throughout the golf season. Competitors will not be forgotten as TaylorMade will supply them with the official TP5 and TP5X golf balls in main provincial events.
