9th Edition of the Golf Québec Fundraiser Tournament
Under the Theme “From School to the Golf Club”
edition of the Golf Québec Fundraiser Tournament will take place on September 30, 2015, at the prestigious Club de golf Le Fontainebleau. Two members of the club, Réjean Delisle and Yvan Cournoyer, will be Honorary Co-Presidents of the event. Golfmobile Part of the Panamerican Games' Torch Relay
On June 28, Alexandre Bilodeau will carry the torch of the Panamerican Games as they will make a stop in Montréal
through Parc La Fontaine. The Sports Montréal
team will be there to conduct a Golfmobile
activity introducing visitors to the game of golf. Come and see us! Let's have fun and drive some balls in the inflatable boom room!
Sports Montréal Is Looking For a Golf Instructor
Sports Montréal is currently looking for a golf instructor
(PDF in French) to join its constantly growing team and give golf lessons as part of the CN Future Links

Community Golf Coach
The training workshop that will be given in French, in Lachenaie from July 4 to 5, is part of the Canada’s National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). Golf Québec strongly believes that anyone who would want to teach golf to children should take this class. You don't have to be a golf professional or a member of the PGA. Montréal | Reminders For RJT Junior Participants
Please note the selection process for the first two RJT events: Glendale, Napierville and, by extension, Hillsdale. Everybody will be accepted in the two RJT1. However, for Hillsdale
, priority will be given to those who will play in the RJT1 and CRT2 because both scores will be used to select the regional teams that will participate in the Federation's Cup. Other participants will be accepted based on the date and time of their registration. If you want to play at Hillsdale and qualify for the Federation's Cup, make sure to play either at Glendale (North)
or Napierville (South)
. Registration deadline: June 18.

Toyota Junior Golf World Cup
Étienne Papineau's junior career will come to an end next week as he will be taking part in his last international competition, in Japan, and proudly represent Canada at the Toyota Junior Golf World Cup
. Provincial Junior Champion in 2013 and 2014, the St-Jean-sur-Richelieu native showcased his talent last year finishing fifteenth, in addition to recording the best individual performance for a Canadian.
