Golf Québec’s Public Golfer Program is for golfers who are not affiliated with a golf club.  As a member of the Golf Québec Public Golfer Program you will be entitled to all the benefits of Golf Québec, including:

• Official Handicap and full access to the RCGA Network – Includes game tracking statistics, hole-by-hole score entry and communication system.
• A Golf Québec membership card identifying you as a member of Golf Québec and the Royal Canadian Golf Association, which is essential for entering tournaments.
• Access to Golf Québec Public Golfer tournaments as well as certain other events (click here to see detailed list).
• E-Golf Canada magazine.
