Golf Québec is a non-profitable, volunteer-based organization. In order for Golf Québec to promote the growth and development of amateur golf, many programs are being offered to golfers of all levels and to golf clubs in the province.

Through golf show participation, media relations, website, and other means, Golf Québec promotes the game of golf for all ages. Golf Québec relies on a large group of volunteers to deliver programs and services of the organization, from rules clinics, tournament organization to course ratings for Club-Members. Every year, Golf Québec recognizes the volunteers and the best players of the year.
