The objects of the new corporation are:

1. Promote amateur golf in the province of Québec, and in the other regions that are part of its territory;
2. Manage amateur golf activities within its territory;
3. Preserve the traditions of golf, promote the integrity of the sport, provide governance and leadership of golf within its territory;
4. Maintain and promote the traditions of golf, and its values;
5. Defend and promote the interests of all amateur golfers within its territory;
6. Establish and organize amateur our professional golf tournaments, as well as other competitions and rounds of golf;
7. Offer training and educational programs, planning and managing services, through the resources of the new corporation;
8. Facilitate the coordination of activities developed in collaboration with other sports associations of Québec, or in the other regions that are part of its territory.
